Member organisations must have been established for at least 5 years and have a minimum of 10 members

The Council holds a full list of its affiliated Toastmasters and Masters of Ceremonies

Organisations must satisfy the Council that their members are regulated by Rules and Conditions that ensure an acceptable high standard of conduct, work and dress
